Signup Now; Volunteer Hours Available!

You can access the volunteer hours from the main page (SeymourBallClub.org). Go to "Account" then on the left-hand side you will see an option for "Volunteer."

If you are on a cell phone, you will see a down arrow, Click on that and it will give you the option to select "Volunteer". From there you will see "Spring 2025 Volunteer" and if you scroll a little bit, you will see a black box that says, "More Information." If you click on that it will load a new screen with all the dates and times available to volunteer. To select a shift, you will click on the green + and choose which family member will be volunteering for that shift.

Note: 10/hrs per player, per team, per season with a family cap of 25/hrs. 

Example 1: Johnson family has two children who play for Seymour. Ava plays 8U league softball and for the 8U Flames, Caden plays 12U baseball. This family will be required to serve 25 hours, because they meet the family maximum. 

Example 2: Sam plays T-ball. This family will be required to contribute 10 hours. 

Example 3: Smith family has 3 children who play baseball. Mrs. Smith is the assistant coach for one of the teams. This family is required to contribute 20 hours. (10+10+10=30, but max is 25. -5 coach=20) 

If the required hours are not completed by Labor Day Weekend 2025, the payment on file will be billed $200 per player, with a $400 cap per family.
