What aged players are appropriate for this program?

For the 2026 season, birth dates below are allowed to play in the related age division:

• 8U: 9/1/16 - 8/31/18
• 10U: 9/1/14 - 8/31/16
• 12U: 9/1/12 - 8/31/14
• 14U: 9/1/10 - 8/31/12
• 16U: 9/1/08 - 8/31/10

What time of the year does this program run?

Practices start in March in our indoor facility in Eau Claire.

The competitive season begins in May and runs through August.

Many teams participate in our Fall Ball program which runs for 6-8 week in Sept/Oct.

Are winter practices mandatory?

We understand Flames players partake in other winter sports. Open gyms are voluntary. Winter practices are voluntary until March 1st.

Where are practices and games typically held?

March-April Practices are at our indoor facility in Eau Claire, WI. Outdoor practices are at the Seymour Ball Club, on Townhall road in Seymour, WI.

Flames teams typically attend 5-6 tournaments from May through July.

When are practices and how often are they?

Mandatory practices typically run once per week beginning in March (Sundays). Additional practices and scrimmages may be assigned by coaches once your tournament schedule is determined.
