Volunteer with SBC at Hoofbeat and Rock Fest!

Hoofbeat & Rock Fest Volunteering Opportunity

This is a HUGE opportunity for the ball club to earn money to support our upgrades at the park, but we need your help!

If you have not worked this in the past, it really is a fun experience. Simple drinks with pour stoppers, opening beer cans, selling beer tickets, etc. Please remember that friends and family can also sign up for shifts. You do not have to be affiliated with Seymour Ball Club to help the cause. Feel free to share this with those that are interested. We don’t want to turn away any help we can get.  

There are benefits for those that sign up as well. 

   1. If you like to people watch and be entertained there is no better place.

   2. If you work a shift, you get a ticket for either that day or the next day.

   3. If you work at least one shift per day for all three days, you can camp for FREE in the bartender camping area.

Note: Hours volunteered at these events do NOT count toward volunteer hours required for the season.

Sign-up Genius is the website we are using to handle these signups. You will need to create an account if you do not already have one. It would be best if you can use your first and last name when you sign up, as it helps the check-in process for volunteers. Click on the links below to log in and sign up for shifts. 

Please consider working some of the late shifts in order to help out. We will have the Christenson/Woodford family as back up once again, but we know they would prefer to not work every late night.

Note: If you are able to help, but the shift you are wanting to work is full, please submit an inquiry using the link above below to see if it is still possible. We will make adjustments as needed. If you can work part of a shift, that may be allowed as well. Again reach out, we may still have availability. 

Note: If you have children age 13 or older, there may be an opportunity for them to help in Pop/Water tents at the event and still have us receive credit. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out via email.**
