Are there Gate Fees? No

Are there hotels nearby? Yes, there are many hotels located within the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls area. Go to www.visiteauclaire.com and click on the "'Hotels" tab at the top of the page.

What should we bring? We suggest you bring plenty of sunscreen, along with chairs if you do not like to sit in bleachers. We provide on - site concessions and ask all guests to please limit carry ins, as our concessions helps raise money for our non profit club.

What type of concessions do you have? Depending on which park you are playing at, there will be a wide variety of concessions including but not limited to: Brats, Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Pulled Pork sandwiches, Loaded Nachos, Soft Pretzels, Chips, Candy, Popcorn, Ice cream, and other various specials throughout the tournament weekend.

Are pop up tents allowed? Yes, but we encourage spectators to not block the view of others. Also please make sure your pop up tent is properly secured in case of winds or inclement weather.

Where can I find tournament updates and schedules? You will be able to follow the tournament in a few different places. Each park will post the brackets at the park. You can also follow the brackets here on our website. Updates for time changes, weather and other news can also be found on our Facebook pages: Seymour Stars & Seymour Ball Club

What if I have questions while at the park? Each park will have a designated tournament manager. Their table will be located near the concessions stands. You can also text your questions to our tournament director at 715-828-3536.
